-Course Content-

・4 types of cheese x 4 types of wine

An example

Cream cheese pickled in saikyo sauce

Prosecco (Italian dry sparkling wine)

Camembert with pineapple, dried fruit and prosciutto

Sicilian white wine (strong and gorgeous aroma of pineapple and tropical fruits)

Munster with caraway seeds

French white wine (Pinot Gris from Alsace)

Saint-Maure-de-Touraine

French white wine (Vouvray from the Loire region)

Gorgonzola Dolce with Acacia Honey and Walnuts

Asti Spumante (Italian sweet sparkling wine)

Comte 18 months aged Black pepper

South African red wine (mainly Syrah with a slight spicy flavor of black pepper)

Other than wine,

Mimolette cheese Yame tea powder

Gin mixed with Yame tea (I like how the botanical flavor of the gin, the sweetness of the milk from the Mimolette, and the slight bitterness of the Yame tea go well together)

Please enjoy four different combinations such as these.

Please note that the cheeses offered may change depending on the availability of stock.
